About Me

As a Registered Home Inspector, I believe my job is to provide you with a professional and unbiased objective evaluation of the property you are thinking about purchasing or perhaps already own. I will provide a detailed, point-by-point inspection to provide confidence in your decision to buy or sell.

I’ve been inspecting homes in the Toronto area for over a decade, and have previous experience as a renovator/contractor and as an insurance underwriting inspector.

I am my only employee. I have no desire to impress visitors to my website by portraying a multi-inspector firm. I am a Home Inspector, not an office manager!

But what should matter the most to you is that I’m a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) “Established by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Act, 1994.”

I am one of fewer than 650 Inspectors who have completed the rigorous requirements to achieve this designation in the 18 year history of the OAHI. I have also completed the Humber College Home Inspection Certificate program with Honours. — one of the most thorough training programs available.

I encourage my clients to participate in the inspection to learn first-hand about their home.

My services do not end with the inspection, you are welcome to call anytime after the inspection.

I’m based in Toronto and am available to inspect residential and light commercial properties in the greater Toronto area.
